Alucast is an aluminium casting foundry and machine shop based in Wednesbury supplying components into automotive, electrification, fluid transfer & hydraulics industries.

Processes include sand, gravity, low pressure & high-pressure casting as well as a full machine-shop facility with 5 Axis CNC machining. It also provides services through Magmasoft simulation software, crack detection, casting & tool design & specialist heat treatment.

Alucast has a strong reputation supplying complex products, including the brake calipers for the Bugatti Veyron and even the Olympic Torch!

In the UK, customers include: Aston Martin, Jaguar/Land Rover, Bentley, Morgan, Lotus, McLaren and Ineos. The company makes components that are exported to the USA, Poland, France, Italy & Czechia.
